This program blends some of the loveliest chamber music written for strings and piano with a haunting piece by Reena Esmail based upon two Indian folk melodies, a Gujarati lullaby and a song recorded by the composer’s grandfather. 

Virtuoso pianist Janice Weber, Artistic Director of the South Coast Chamber Music series, will bring the sound of strings to the Stone Church Cultural Center with Sasha Callahan and Leo Eguchi, first chair members of the New Bedford Symphony and versatile concert soloists in their own right.
